At Sebago, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Sebago shoe box or packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
